DISCLAIMER:

With so many companies in the world who manufacture the items needed for this hobby, I have decided to delay the development of Unfeigned Treasures' own craft line. What that means is that under the Angel Policies of these companies, I have been provided with a limited license to use their metal dies and stamp designs for the sole purpose of creating something handmade under the Unfeigned Treasures company name.

My extensive collection of purchased metal die cutting dies and stamps mainly come from my favorite companies that I have used over the years such as:

Spellbinders
Honey Bee Stamps
Elizabeth Craft Designs
Queen & Company
Stampin’ Up
Sizzix

I have recently stumbled across Papertrey Ink, Taylored Expressions, Pretty Pink Posh, Simon Says Stamps, Pinkfresh Studios, My Favorite Things, Scrap Diva Designs, Waffle Flower Crafts, Altenew, Concord & 9th, Trinity Stamps, Stampers Anonymous, Heidi Swapp, 49 and Market, Hero Arts, and Dress My Craft (just to name a few) for which I have begun using as well. My acquired collections is extensive to say the least. I strive for variety and only seek those items that are uniquely different.

I say all this to give credit where credit is due. I would not be doing what I am doing if it weren’t for these creative companies who do such a great job at creating such beautiful art for crafters to enjoy. Please note that I have not received compensation or gifts from either of these companies nor have they asked me to advertise for them. I simply wanted to be transparent in what I do and what I am using to create my treasures while providing each of you with the tools of where to look should you feel the desire to build up your own creative stash as I have been doing for many years.

What is your shipping policy?

Greeting card subscription and one-time purchase boxes have a flat rate fee of $8. All other orders are charged shipping based on weight. At this time, we are unable to accept orders outside of the continental United States. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing and delivery.

Do you accept returns?

We apologize, but all sales are final and we cannot accept returns unless we made an error on our part or you are completely unsatisfied with your order.

What if I need help with an order?

Do you offer bulk discounts for large orders?

What are your Terms and Conditions?

When using the Unfeigned Treasures website, you agree to our Terms of Use below. Please check regularly for updates. Items, pricing and availability are subject to change. We reserve the right to correct errors, and update information at any time.

LIABILITY:

Unfeigned Treasures is not liable for any losses caused to you by late delivery. As part of the shipping process, an e-mail will be sent when your goods are shipped/mailed out to you. We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from delivery issues with your mail carrier. We will not be held accountable for your loss of profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss, which does not directly result from company error.

All site content & related product artwork, designs, and creations are owned by Unfeigned Treasures and are protected under U.S. and International Copyright Law. All materials appearing on the Unfeigned Treasure website and webserver may not be reproduced or stored in a retrieval system without prior written permission of the owner and in no case for profit. Also, there shall be no Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or displaying of copyrighted materials without direct and explicit permission by the owner.

Any personal information we retrieve from you while ordering or communicating with us remains confidential. We will not sell or share your information with any outside organizations unless legally obliged to do so. We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us with regard to your online purchase, which includes name, address, phone number, and email address. We also collect data using software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. However, that data does not identify individuals or personal information about our site visitors. In the future, we may collect and store comments, feedback, product reviews, etc., but do not do so at this time. Our financial transactions are 100% secured using Wix Payments.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We will only send advertising or promotional correspondence to individuals if they have signed up for our newsletter. Otherwise, any and all direct correspondence with those who visit our site will only pertain to questions, issues, comments, or enquiries regarding orders placed via our online store.
